We realise that although price is important, customers ultimately want to be sure that they are purchasing exactly the same item than they can find in their local high street jewellers. We can assure you that they are – from the watch itself, through to the packaging, warranty and manuals.

All our watches are:
  • Brand new, in perfect condition
  • Accompanied by a unique manufacturers serial code number
  • Accompanied by a manufacturer international warranty or The Diamond Jeweller 3 year warranty
  • Supplied in original branded packaging
WARRANTY

The Diamond Jeweller predominantly supplies watches that come with the full manufacturer’s international warranty, which is typically 2 years. This warranty covers any defect in operation or manufacture during this period. Unlike most watches purchased on the internet, all our warranty cards are endorsed by an official authorised dealer. This makes the warranty valid at your local high street dealer for warranty work, future servicing, battery changes and even bracelet sizing.

For those branded watches that don't come with the manufacturer 2 year warranty, we supply a "The Diamond Jeweller 3 Year" guarantee.

Being an authorised dealer would mean that we could not offer ths discounts we do on our watches. The Diamond Jeweller does not sell used, seconds, refurbished, maufacturer rejects or watches without serial numbers. All items sold by The Diamond Jeweller are guaranteed to be brand new in the original box. The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing and material defects, battery replacement and water resistance under regular use within the manufacturers specifications. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through The Diamond Jeweller. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties.

The serial code number is vital and must be kept intact, as it is confirmation that the finished watch complies with the manufacturer’s quality criteria, and is the essential reference required to benefit from the international warranty.

WE ARE NOT AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF ANY OF THE ABOVE BRANDS.

AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES

As a general rule, our lead times on watches is approximately 10-14 days. However, we do ask you to either call or email us for availability as, in certain cases, the watch you order will be out of stock with the manufacturers. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated date of delivery. Please also note that certain brands may take slightly longer than others, especially those limited edition watches.

CARING FOR YOUR LUXURY WATCH

Your luxury watch, like all precision micro-mechanical devices, should be serviced by an authorised dealer once a year. However, you should also take note of the following guidelines -
- DO use a soft tissue to clean the case and crystal of your watch
- DO use a soft tissue dipped in soapy water if the case and crystal look very dirty
- DO NOT clean a leather strap with water
- DO NOT use chemical products like benzin or petrol to clean your watch

If you are looking for a branded watch which doesn’t appear on our site, please email us at info@thediamondjeweller.co.uk or call on 0845 355 1164. We have access to most brands and models of watch, so we are sure we can help!
