- We provide FREE DELIVERY on all items within the UK.

- We dispatch our items using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which is fully insured.

- Once dispatched, your package is guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the following working day. It will require a signature upon arrival.

- Whilst Royal Mail do deliver standard mail on Saturdays, Special Delivery items are not necessarily guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays (but more than likely will do!). In special circumstances, we are able to arrange guaranteed Saturday morning deliveries, so please do contact us if this is specifically required.

- If you are a resident on the Channel Islands (which is VAT exempt), please contact us on 0845 355 1164 and place your order over the phone.

- If you are in the Armed Forces and posted overseas, we can deliver to you via a BFPO address. However, again, please contact us on 0845 355 1164 and place your order over the phone, as we will need additional information from you at the point of purchase.

STANDARD DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Our standard delivery times for each item are displayed at the point of purchase. These are guidelines only, and a more accurate estimated date of dispatch will be available on our order tracking facility 12-24hrs after placing your order. The lead times do vary depending upon the item of diamond jewellery or luxury watch you purchase, but on average it takes approximately 3-7 working days to receive your item from the date of order. However, this may be slightly longer for 'special order' diamond ring sizes (outside the standard range of J - Q) which can be up to 28 working days and other particular items such as full diamond eternity rings, for example, where if we do not have your size in stock, the lead time could also be 28 working days or even longer. This may also be the case for certain models of luxury watches, especially the "Limited Edition" versions.

Please let us know if you have a specific delivery date requirement when you place your order and we will do our utmost to meet this deadline for you. You can do this as you move through our checkout system or, indeed, by phoning us on 0845 355 1164 after you have placed your order.

DISPATCHING YOUR DIAMOND JEWELLERY OR WATCH

At www.thediamondjeweller.co.uk, we always call you in person when your item of diamond jewellery or luxury watch is ready to dispatch to confirm delivery arrangements with you, at which point we will be able to provide you with a package tracking number so you can 'track and trace' on the Royal Mail's website. Please note that if the delivery address differs from the credit/debit card billing address, we may ask you for proof of identity (copy of passport or driving licence) prior to dispatching the item/s.

We are always discrete when contacting you to arrange delivery of your diamond engagement ring, diamond wedding ring, diamond pendant, diamond earrings, diamond eternity ring, diamond bracelet, watch or cufflinks, as we realise that you may have purchased this as a surprise gift for someone. With this in mind, therefore, we will always try to contact you by mobile phone in the first instance. If this is unsuccessful, then we will try to contact you by email. If all else fails, we will try your home telephone number if you provided one, but rest assured we won't spoil the element of surprise if your loved one answers!
