It is straightforward to return your item of diamond jewellery or watch - this is outlined on our returns policy page. * A special order item is a classed as a diamond ring which has been produced in a size outside of our standard J - Q range (inclusive) at your request. This cannot be returned unless faulty.

Should you need to return an item for whatever reason, it MUST be returned to us unworn, undamaged and unsized, together with the original packaging for the item and complete with any any supporting documentation, instruction manuals and warranty certificates. Items that are returned which do not comply with the above requirements may not be eligible for refund.
