The Diamond Jeweller processes payments via secure encrypted server with our partners SagePay and NatWest. All details remain entirely secure throughout the payment process for your security and piece of mind.

You can also be sure that The Diamond Jeweller will not disclose your details to any third party.

The prices we display are fully inclusive of VAT.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express, whilst also operating the Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode schemes.



BANK TRANSFERS

CHEQUES
We also accept personal cheques, business cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts in return for which we are delighted to provide you with a 1.5% discount on your purchase price. This discounted price is displayed alongside the product. Please note that orders paid by cheque are subject to an additional 3 working day clearance delay. SECURITY
We may, from time to time, send you emails. However, we will NEVER ask you to provide or verify bank account or credit card details by email, or direct you to a website that asks you to provide this information.

To protect yourself from these fraudulent emails, you should;

- DO check for your name at the top of the email - we know your name, but it is unlikely the fraudsters will, so many of these fraudulent emails come to 'open' emails (eg info@, enquiry@, sales@, for example)
- DO install anti-virus software and protective firewall software
- DO NOT respond to these emails
- DO NOT provide your bank or credit card details, or any telephone banking details.....EVER

If you receive an email that you believe if fraudulent, please do not click on any of the links in the email. Simply forward the email to info@thediamondjeweller.co.uk and we will respond to you directly. We have a zero tolerance stance on fraudsters and always provide any relevant information to the police.
