We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will then check price and availability of the item/s you wish to purchase. Your card will not get charged until we manually authorise it, and we will then confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email order confirmation.

We may, from time to time, send you emails. However, we will NEVER ask you to provide or verify bank account or credit card details by email, or direct you to a website that asks you to provide this information.

To protect yourself from these fraudulent emails, you should;

- DO check for your name at the top of the email - we know your name, but it is unlikely the fraudsters will, so many of these fraudulent emails come to 'open' emails (eg info@, enquiry@, sales@, for example)
