Online, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, VISA Electron, Delta and American Express, whilst also operating the Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode schemes. If you prefer, you can also make payment using your credit or debit card over the phone - please call us on 0845 355 1164 if you wish to make payment this way.

We also accept personal cheques, business cheque, postal order or bank transfer of funds and we are delighted to provide you with a 1.5% discount on the total price payable (this discounted price is displayed in the product pricing information) if you choose to make payment by this method. Whichever method you choose, payment is required in full upon ordering your item - we cannot process any orders without having received payment from you.

We may, from time to time, send you emails. However, we will NEVER ask you to provide or verify bank account or credit card details by email, or direct you to a website that asks you to provide this information.

To protect yourself from these fraudulent emails, you should;

- DO check for your name at the top of the email - we know your name, but it is unlikely the fraudsters will, so many of these fraudulent emails come to 'open' emails (eg info@, enquiry@, sales@, for example)
- DO install anti-virus software and protective firewall software
- DO NOT respond to these emails
- DO NOT provide your bank or credit card details, or any telephone banking details.....EVER
