Returns PolicyWe want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We do understand, however, that occasionally you may need to return an item, and you are able to do this if you are not 100% satisfied with your purcase within 30 days of dispatch for either an exchange or refund.*
We ask that you follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund quickly and correctly; 1 - Call our customer service helpline on 0845 355 1164 within 7 days to advise us of your decision. You will need to quote your original invoice number. 2 - Complete the returns form that is sent to you with the original package. 3 - Place the item back in its presentation case, secure it all, and wrap well - we suggest using a padded jiffy bag or something similar. Any items being returned for refund MUST be returned in their original packaging - unused, unworn, undamaged & unsized - and must be returned together with complete and undamaged supporting certification, warranty or instruction manuals. In the event that you are returning a diamond ring for resizing, there is no need to enclose the original packaging. Any items returned for refund without complying with the above may not be eligible for refund. 4 - Please use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service to send the package back to The Diamond Jeweller. This will ensure that there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. You need to insure the package for the full amount of the invoice. YOU are responsible for the charges associated with returning the item/s. Note that The Diamond Jeweller shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. 5 - Please mail the package to: TDJ Customer Services ROK House Kingswood Business Park Holyhead Road Albrighton Staffordshire WV7 3AU You are strongly advised NOT to write The Diamond Jeweller, diamond jewellery, diamonds, watches or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites potential theft of the package. 6 – We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund. Please note that we can only make a refund back to the original source of the funds, and this refund can take 3-5 working days to reach your account. * The items which are NOT eligible for cancellation or return from the Customer to The Diamond Jeweller and, therefore, which are NOT eligible for refund from The Diamond Jeweller to the Customer (unless having a defect or fault, or the incorrect item has been sent from The Diamond Jeweller to the Customer) are as follows - - Any luxury watch - Any full diamond eternity rings - Any item which is custom made to the Customer's specifications or which is a special order due to the size requested by the Customer If you need any further clarification or details on our Returns Policy, please visit our Terms & Conditions |
